SPELL EVERY DAY: ACCEPTANCE.

 

 

Kisses for the soul of every one that is part of my Self, showing me faces auspicious or not, that who is still in process of evolution has. In each one of you I can experience different experiences (often my own shadows thrown down my mat) and so, even living with the most egocentric, crazy or cruel man of the world through understanding can,... the little knowledge I acquired, scour under my carpet, allowing me to be human to realize that, in this duality in us, so I can understand it and live with it without hurting my own heart. Let go, let flow and watch with serenity. Who knows? Maybe in a very loving way, through my actions, my sadhana outside the mat, show that there is something much greater in this experiment in which the ego divides and destroys it, bringing the feeling of being farther away from everything: the world, the other, himself and the end: UNITY. Utopian? Some will say yes. Difficult? Maybe. Impossible? Never before, since the world itself is constantly evolving.

Spell this word! Acceptance! Accept allows us to live without so much pain and bitterness. Acceptance pills every day! They replace a psychotropic drug that supposedly (and falsely) to help you find the illusion of tranquility.
